  This isn't an ordinary, typical fast food setting let alone the stereotypical poor service many expect from an Arby's. This Arby's provides a sense of family, with little change up in the staff you feel connected to the workers no matter the time of day or night you enter the front door in the middle of the drive thru. As you enter, you see the usual customers bonding as they watch the game or the Nascar race. You don't hear numbers called out but instead names, making the experience even more personal. As you wait in line for your order to be placed you get to see the lives of ordinary blue collar workers played out up close and personal rather than behind 3 doors and a wall. This makes you feel even more connected to the Arby's and it's staff. Although the staff has its battles with each other and an issue with breaks taking too long, when they all work together the service can't be beat. When you place your order, they make sure you are getting exactly what you want, by asking the necessary questions to avoid a 2nd trip to the counter. After placing your order you're handed a cup, a symbol of the freedom you have in the palm of your hand only to be reaffirmed by the crushed ice awaiting you in the machine, and who doesn't love crushed ice? When you pick your seat among the customers you immediately feel the warmth and security in the building as everyone know feels that fate brought them together. When your name is called out, the employee waits for you to grab your food before leaving it behind, you almost feel obliged to leave a tip, but you know that the pleasure was all theirs. I don't always venture across the Missouri River, but when I do I'm sure to stop in and say hello to my family at Arby's.

  Always enjoy Arby's roast beef sandwhiches. This time I tried something different and loved it. Can't forget their curly fries with Arby's sauce, yum!!

  Called for a refund when i got there I was yelled at. The manager seemed fine on the phone but was disrespectful and spoke to me as though she were trying to belittle me. Replaced my $12 order which was 2 meals with HER choice of cold Jr roast beef and curly fries half full. She smashed the sandwich into a fry container and the smashed the bag up before she handed it to me It wasted time money and food!. Even if it was Edible I don't like beef or their curly fries! I would have complained to another manager to get refund but ripped it out of my hand crumples it up and threw it away in trash behind counter Not that I try to get it back...her mood swings are bizarre. She intimidated other customers. It was so bad even other customers were complaining Because I was treated like crap and they had to watch. I still want a refund so going to corporate, no more dealing with her loony behavior. I am also going to tell them to think about DRUG SCREENING EMPLOYEES. She was violent toward a sandwich...what else is she capable of? Family restaurant's should not employ people to run their stores who behave in such a inappropriate and disturbing way.

  This location is open all night. Comes in handy when looking for somewhere to eat late. Staff friendliness is kinda hit and miss. They do allow you to add extra meat to your sandwich for a fee. The icing on their turnovers aren't as generous as other places.
