  My family loves Dunkin'. They've been a featured favorite at our family's dessert table for several generations. So when I moved and left all my Dunkin' family in the mountains of NC, I was so happy to find local DnD location near my neighborhood! ....But that excitement was quickly turned into disappointment. This location may sell donuts, yes. But if you're looking for variety and quality, don't look here in Council Bluffs. This store's selection was sparse--over a third of the shelves empty or nearly depleted (by noon). And when I requested a dozen of "assorted" donuts, the girl skipped over all of the yummy looking donuts and handed me a box containing pairs of the plainest (driest) donuts they had. Anything that contained sprinkles, frosting, or filling did not make the cut. The young lady at the register didn't even give me a chance to ask for a few specialty donuts. If that weren't disappointing enough, I soon found out that the donuts I purchased were not fresh. :( You're hurtin' me, Dunkin. You're hurtin' me bad. Probably won't be visiting you again for a long, long time...
